Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was in a car accident on my way from home to work in a company car and got hurt badly. is this workers compensation?

It my well be an exception to the going and coming rule which says travel to and from work is not covered. More facts are needed. Seek legal help asap and notify your employer you need medical care.
