Are Contract Labors covered under a companies Workmans Comp, if injuried on company premises?

Yes, unless the individual meets all the criteria of an independent contractor or if the employer is not required to carry comp (less than 4 employees if not in construction). File your claim as soon as possible as there are very short notice deadlines.
