Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

degeneration of disc

i slipped in some liquid that was on the floor as i came off a ladder at work,mri report said spinal stenosis,ortho said disc degeneration and said best thing is to go back to work because he said it was prior to my fall and no one else would ever hire me.I never had a problem before,what should I do

If you can return to work you should do so. If not, see a Board Certified Workers' Compensation lawyer to represent you.
