what rating to expect

what rating should i expect from WC for a broken right hip, broken right femur, fractured right knee, pulmonary embolism and right theigh compartmental symdrome (twelve inch scar from leg being opened up in order to allow blood pressure to drain which after 8 months have just started walking)

do they take into account chances of developing arthritis or reinury and possible hip replacement

You can expect the rating to be rather low because it is determined according to the Florida Guides, which were written by politicians whose only concern was keeping workers' compensation costs down for the businesses that contributed to their campaigns. A lot depends on measurments of loss of movement. If a fracture heals without residual loss of movement, don't expect a rating. Possible arthritis in the future? Don't expect a rating. Even high ratings aren't worth much money anyway.
