Removing a felony charge.
I pleaded no contest to a fraud charge when I was 39. I had no priors, did 1 month in jail and have not been in trouble since. I wanted to know if/how I could have this charge removed.

I would need to know how long ago it was when you were 39 and if it was a felony or misdemeanor.
