Im in short term disability now.And can I be able to recieve workermen comp after wards.My injury [ Back]
happend on the job.I have been working there 18 yrs. It on going pain. Im still employed.

Yes, but there are requirements. If you have not reported your injury to your employer, do so immediately. See a lawyer.
