Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I signed a contract with my job to where they are supposed to have a gas allowance, but now they are trying to say it's only for marketing and have me driving 4 hours a day to work in a certain store after they took me out of the one that was closest to my house! Now they are ignoring the contract and have been because one of the employees in HR was paying my gas when the company was supposed to! Now I'm having to pay for it when it's still in my contract and I honestly can't make very much of a profit trying to afford that gas!

this is not a worker's comp question. if you have a written contract that contract should be enforceable. you need to review the contract with an attorney to determine its effectiveness. remember pursuit of the claim is going to upset the employer and if you don't have a contract guaranteeing your job it may put it in jeopardy.
