Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I slipped and fell at work 6 months ago and I have been on workers comp. I have been under Dr's care and the other day the Doctor told me that there is no more treatment he can give me so he is signing off on my case. I have had Physical Therapy, xrays(Neg), Traction, Injection shots and an EEG(Negative). The Physical threapy and traction did not work as well as the injections also. I have constant pain in my neck, shoulder and arm and numbness and tingleing in my right arm and hand. The Doctor wants to release me because he says theres nothing more he can do for me but now I have permant damage in my neck and shoulder.and in constant pain. I'm only allowed to work on Light Duty status only allowed to lift upto 20lbs for now on due to my injury and my employer has been harrasing me and cut my hours so I will quit and he is trying to find everyway to fire me. WHAT CAN I DO???????????

See a lawyer. The worker's comp laws in Florida are quite restrictive and grossly favor the employer. You may send you thanks for that to the Republican Party.
