Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I am wondering if I can file a claim for injury after stress. I'm being completely harassed and have just found out that I am literally destroying my teeth and face from grinding with stress. I have to be medicated and fitted with a facial mask. I was told by Drs to avoid the stress. I am being screamed at publically humiliated and under unrealistic demands.

Workers compensation requires a physical injury to occur and stress can than be compensated after that. the stressors you describe at work are not the basis for a worker's compensation claim.
