Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I work for hertz a tampa airport they give a bonus fo collecting fuel from customers that don't fill up the car cause we charge 9.29 a gallon. They do it based on a percentage of how many cars are charged with fuel to how many arnt so if you check in 1600 cars collected 14000 dollars and gas for the company in one month if you checked in to many cars that were filled up then you will get kicked off payout even tho hertz still gets the 14000 that u collected for them. So people who are callen out sick on bad gas days and saven there high percentage are getten money in pay out then you are. Ill put it like this there a girl that I work with that has checked in 1600 cars and collected 14000 dollars in gas rev for the company but she check in to many cars that were filled up so hertz is kicken her off pay out. While a girl who has flma is callen in sick on bad gas days and comen in on good has checked in 350 cars and collected 3000 dollars and they are given her a payout check for 150 bucks is there anything I can do i hve already went to management and they don't care
