Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
i am out of work on workers comp the store made me return to work without the dr telling me to they made me think it was orders from workers comp it was real bad and i only was there for 2 hours 3 days later i found out workers comp did not tell me to go back they were surprised and said they had nothing to do with it i really think this has set me back and i cant believe they can get away with this iam out with knee injury which needed surgery
