workers comp
if hired in a out of a state to work in
another state and get injured in the
state which you traveled to, who
covers the workers comp?

this is a unique situation that you may have a choice where to bring the action. Normally, you can file an action in the state where you were injured, or the state you were hired. You probably have the choice to bring the action in either state, so you should get reliable legal in advice from attorney in both states to determine which state would be best.
