Can workers comp stop your bemefits after the comp doctor says there nothing else he

Can do. I did physical therapy, epidural shots and I am still in alot of pain a nd cant

return to work. So my question is will my workers comp benifits stop?

Yes they can stop your benefits once you reach MMI. Unless you are permanently totally disabled there may not be another class of benefits for you to get. Unless the treating doctor believes your pain is disabling and related to the worker's compensation accident related injuries, you wont be able to prove your continuing disability related to work. You can get a new doctor, one time, but be careful about which specialty you choose, and you can get an IME, independent medical evaluator, but be careful about which specialty you choose there too. Hire a competent worker's compensation attorney before this all occurs.
