Legal Question in Immigration Law in France

I got divorced from a us citizen and set up in a removal procedure because of providing a wrong papers, I picked the solution of moving back to my country on my own. Remarried in France to a us citizen we are about to apply for going back in US. Do I get a chance to have my case denied.

Yes, there is a possibility of denial. You should keep in mind that there could be many inadmissibility grounds, for example, prior deportation, unlawful presence, misrepresentation, etc.

You need to explain more about your prior deportation, what "wrong papers" did you provide and to whom, and how did you leave the USA (were you granted a Voluntary departure? or was there a deportation order)? If you have copies of your old immigration and court paperwork, I'll need to review them before advising you.
