Legal Question in Disability Law in Georgia

Drug induced hert attack. Health Care Fraud Victim.

I sought psychological services for depression due to deaths and unemployment in a local mental health clinic. I was given a depression diagnosis and assigned a theraphist. Thetheraphist forwarded me to their in-house jobs program. The psychiatrist gave me a toxic drug that put me in the hospital with a heart attack. The jobs program was shut down for fiscal malefesance. Another government contractor won the bid for a new private company and I was hired by him. I was terminated from this government contractors program for reporting illegal and unethical practices. The division of mental health investigated this governmental contractors business and shut him down. The Division of Mental Health gave me a small settlement of cash(one months rent they borrowed from a church), a theraphist outside this counties public mental health system they are paying for, and a new job with another governmental contractor. I was terminated from this second supportive contractor in breech of the contract I signed with them. What is my legal remedy?

Your question raises a number of very interesting legal issues. I do not practice in your state but I would sugeest you meet with an attorney who practices in the area of wrongful termination. Please do so ASAP as any delay could prejudice your rights.
