Legal Question in Disability Law in Georgia

Someone filed a false police report against me in GA. I was not in the state of GA when it happened? What should I do? Can I press charges against that person.

If you can prove what you just said, discuss the pros and cons of this with your criminal lawyer (you do have one I'm sure, as it would have been foolish not have hired counsel as soon as the report was made).
