Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

Hi i have had a car accident in pass in 2010 and then another in 2016 non of this were my fault and they did not issue me a ticket the one in 2010 a truck hit me at which i lost my car and in 2010 another car hit me and ran. i was looking into getting better insurance rates but i was told the accidents are on my file which i think is BS..

I have asked my insurance if this is something they could remove but the guy said there was nothing he could do but sent me a letter showing that i was not at fault when the accidents happen..

How do i get them removed ? can this be done online??

Insurers may rate you based on paying your claims regardless of fault. There is no way to remove it. You likely can get a better rate simply by changing insurers, so consider dumping yours.
