The time allowed by law was the time of the initial notice from the landlord/owner, then the time to respond to the dispossessory. That is plenty of time to make other arrangements, and the time is up when the writ of possession is entered. You can appeal, and you will be required to pay all the money into the court and continue to pay during the appeal. Otherwise, the deputies might show up tonight, tomorrow night or next week or the week after. You will now know until they drive up, and then it is too late.
