Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Construction loan
Had aconstruction loan of $230,000
Increased it to 260000 with paper work .made draws to builder,last draw was 6000 more than loan,didn.t realize it at the time. bank gave money to builder without me authorizing any increase in loan,builder has not paid this money out.to suppliers .can a bank do this legally.
