Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
Expired ID's
Is there a certain law pertaining to expired ID's and not cashing checks. If their is,then do they have to have a sign saying that they dont recieve expired ID's like when buying alcohol.

A business generally does not have to accept or cash checks at all. If they choose to do so, they can generally set the terms.
