Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

100% chapter 13 plan

I am currently in a 100% payback plan for my chapter 13 bankruptcy. My secured items are almost paid off, but I have $8,000 in unsecured dept. In my plan I pay back 100% of secured and unsecured debt. Can I change this plan where I only have to payback a certain amount on unsecured items such as credit cards? If not can I change to chapter seven on my unsecured debt after my secured debt is paid.
