Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

i had a bankruptcy case in 2004 chapter 13 it was dismissed in 2008 paid in full one of the creditors that was listed has now sued me through a lawyer that account was listed on the bankruptcy can they legally do that to me and if not can i sue the creditor that is doing this to me isnt that fraud because they new that account was on the bankruptcy

I am not sure whether your case was discharged or dismissed. These are two different matters. A case that is dismissed was not completed and therefore any debt listed would not have been discharged. If you completed the case, then you would have received a discharge. You need to be more explicit.
