See a local Bankruptcy lawyer for your questions. We know nothing about you and whether you can file, how complicated your case may be, and the laws cover hundreds of sections.

Re: bankruptcy

No one can answer the question from what uyou posted. Wheteher you can file depends on the amount you make, your marital status, how many dependents you have, what you own, what type debt you have, how much you owe, and how and when you incurred the debt. If you can file, there are multiple forms of bankruptcy that are very different, one of which wipes out most debts and one of which may repay debts.

Fees can vary enormously, ranging from a few hundred dollars plus filing fees on up. Our fees are some of the most reasonable in Atlanta.

To determine if you can file, please get our free bankruptcy worksheet at www.glenashman.com, complete it and call me for an appointment. Let me know you were the poster from LawGuru and we'll waive your consultation fee.
