Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
picking up property
Does the debter have a time frame or time limitaion on how long they have to pick up property that has been given back to the debter.I am paying a storage fee on a car that I can not get the company to come and get.It has been two months now and I was told that they have not even filled anything.
What are my rights and what are theirs in this situation?

If the car doesnt belong to you, then you are not responsible for it.
