Closing down a c corp business
It's time to shut the doors. All payables can be paid. Can current customers return product for a check of goods sold previously to them?
Re: Closing down a c corp business
I'm not sure I fully understand your question, but, generally, customers cannot be forced to return for a refund purchased products unless there is some contractual right by the seller.

Re: Closing down a c corp business
There are specific dissolution procedures that are required in ending a corporation, just as there are specific incorporation procedures in staring a corporation. Some of these are discussed on the Georgia Secretary of State web page. Determining if you should or should not dissolve the corporation is fact specific, and without more information, I cannot speculate as to which is best for your situation/company.
In reference to the customer return, the customer’s return is governed or controlled by the terms of your store’s return policy.
