Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Credit card reimbursement

I have an LLC. My partner regularly placed debt on my credit card when suppliers required so (Partner didn't have a card). He refuses to pay me back for these charges, he says they are ''operating costs''. I say I acted as the supplier and should be paid back. Please help.

Re: Credit card reimbursement

Whether such charges were to be treated as a loan or capital contributions should have been decided beforehand and memorialized in a written agreement. It would be a "he said, she said" situation.
