I want to establish an internet dating service in the state of GA. This will be a sole proprietorship.What type of license is required and how much will it cost to set-up the legal structure?

Call your local city/county offices about licensing. As for cost for doing things properly, that is the question for the qualified lawyer you hire.

There is no real legal structure for a sole proprietorship since you are just acting as the business. I strongly recommend that you incorporate or more likely form an LLC, which will provide liability protection and other benefit. You will also need a business license from the city or county.
