Hi,

Have issue with the ATT service that i got the phone for 199 Dollars after that i didn't like the phone .. so i went to the store and called to the customer care to return the phone they said the to get the new process its take 15 to 20 days so i asked them then i will cross the return policy so the said that its not your mistake .. you came to us to return the phone 2nd day it self but ATT service problem that to exchange the mobile so we will take care of that.... So some how my iphone exchange order has been cancelled but no one informed me through phone or text message and i didn't even check through online... so on 15th day i verified my website its sating that my order has been cancelled so i called immediately customer care that if u are not able to give iphone soon then i would like to cancel but they said that if you want to cancel the serviece you already crossed 14 days return policy so u have to pay the early termination fees...

Your post is too confusing to understand, but be aware that of all the companies in America, no company is worse on customer service than ATT. Also be aware that not only will salespeople and customer no service people lie to you on the phone and in the store, but that without a written document you have nothing to go on. So with no paper trail and a company as bad as ATT there is very little anyone can suggest. They usually ignore Better Business Bureau complaints, but make one, and they, unlike most companies, usually ignore paper mail to the CEO, but write him anyway. Once in a while someone gets lucky with ATT. It's just very rare (search the complaint boards on ther internet as to ATT).
