Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Hello, I am interested in starting a computer consulting business. Because I lack the experience and credentials, I would like to hire one or more people to perform the PC work for me.
I would like advice on the best way to start a business such as this.

The first step is to obtain a good business attorney and CPA/tax advisor. Then have them incorporate or form an LLC for the business and advise on other steps to properly form the company. Then retain the individuals as independent contractors or employees, depending on the situation, via a written agreement.
