Is it legal for a buisness to pay an employee with out giving a pay stub with the check, so that the employee can't see how much taxes were deducted?
An employee has the right to know how much, if any, of his paycheck is being deducted for taxes, SS, etc.

As a Franchise Attorney I absolutely agree with the other attorney answer. If this isn't happening, contact your local employment development or labor office. They will investigate and take corrective action. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
