How can I become an LLC?
Hello,
I will be opening an office cleaning business and I would like to know how I can be an LLC. Do I need to have insurance first becoming LLC? If I become LLC will I still be able to do my taxes under my tax id?Any guidance will be much appreciated!! THanks a bunch!

Your questions are a little cryptic. You are not required to have insurance to form an LLC, although it is probably a very good idea. The tax answer depends on how you set up the LLC and how many owners it will have. A single member LLC will simple flow back to your personal return; no separate return is necessary. If there are multiple members, a separate return will have to be filed for the LLC. Also, if you elect subchapter S status, you will have to file a return.
