Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I needed to ask a question on disorderly conduct. One of my closest who went to buy a car had a miscommunication with one of the car sales representatives. There was no violence involved at all, All she did was grab the contract off his desk and tear it up, due to the fact that she didnt want to purchase the car and the rep. refused to let her reexamine the contract. Keep in mind that my friend does speak english but very little. After that she did apologize for her actions but the rep. threaten to called the police- The rep. told her that she had to buy the car or the would call the police. She did tear up a legal contract that could be enforced, would the legal contract be used against her? How would it be enforced?
