Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
purchased a business
I purchased a business 13 months ago. The business cost 47 thousand. I paid the owner 23 thousand dollars. The rest was repayment on his business loan that he wished to be relieved of by last june.I have paid the loan for the last 13 months on time however; He is starting to threaten me with legal action, what should i do? Any suggestions?
