Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Hello, the reason for this question is to find out if I can get out of a contract with a business that I thought wasn't a rent a center (RAC). I purchased some merchandise from this company thinking I was buying it through payments while I have the merchandise. Furthermore,I can only understand some English but have very little legal knowledge. This is why my son is typing this letter for me. How can I get out of this contract since I really didn't understand what I was signing at that time or now of the agreement. I wasn't provided a translator or explained what each part of the contract meant for me. What can I do?

You're probably bound by it as it was your duty to take it to someone to review before you signed it. However, no one who has not seen the contract can tell you for sure, so take it to a lawyer.
