Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I recently formed a LLC in order to operate a courier and logistics company under it. Since that time I have purchased a PakMail store. Would it be possible to operate the courier company and the PakMail store under the LLC while keeping them separate from each other.

That really depends on what you mean by "separate." Assuming you mean you purchased the assets of the PakMail store (and maybe assumed some agreements), the owner of the assets would be entitled to operate the business unless they were somehow leased or further transferred to the LLC. So, the LLC can certainly own both operations, but they would not be separate for legal and tax purposes. The assets of one side of the business would be connected to the other.

However, if you purchased the actual ownership in the PakMail store, the holder of that ownership would have the right to operate the business and it would be a separate business entity.
