Take them to attempt to negotiate a settlement and if that does not work give up or take them to court.

In other words, you would have a claim for breach of contract and the direct damages from that breach. Have a local attorney send a demand letter for whatever it is that you are looking for - money, performance of the contract, etc. And if that doesn't work, entertain the option of suing.
