Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Our X manager lost us 10000 $ in credit card transactions which were never charged by the front desk staff? Wouldnt it be the responsibility of the manager to make sure that all transaction went through? Can we sure our X manager for her negligence? She also kept bringing her husband, without our permission, in the designated office area. He was involved in everything going on. Wouldnt that be trespassing?
