Okay sorry I asked a question and didn't give enough info so here it is. I was to the hospital and an unauthorized employee accessed my file and began harassing me through the mail by sending numerous pieces of mail to my address and someone even stopped delivery of mail to said address in my name when I contacted the Department of Civil Rights as I was told to do by the hospital. I need to know how I can file a lawsuit against the hospital and/or employee before the Statue of Limitation runs out. Thank you

Same response as last time - go see a lawyer. You certainly are not going to get anywhere trying to file the lawsuit on your own.
