Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

In a city in Georgia I was sentenced to allow code enforcement officers Immediate access inside my house for the next several years whenever they came by. The only stipulation was that it should be at a reasonable time of day. Even though I raised questions to the judge, the sentence remained and if I violated probation it would be a jail-able offense. The related charges are all city ordinance violations, there is also an associated fine.

Question: If my wife does not allow access to the code enforcement officers can I go to jail?

If any one of the other people in my house do not allow access, can I go to jail?

Sounds like you are playing games to me. When you play games with court orders, you play with fire.

Best of luck.
