what to do I was in a acciadent now thay want to sue me what are my rights and do i defend me do i need a attorney I have less then 19 days left. Thank you

Unless this action is being brought against you in small claims court, you will absolutely need an attorney. Do not delay any longer, but make an appointment with an attorney for consultation. Whereas most might think that, "but I can't afford an attorney", a better way of looking at the possible catastrophic results that could befall someone who is being sued is "I can't afford not to have an attorney."
