Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

my daughter is being constantly harassed by her math teacher(ie calling her names, putting her out of class, not allowing her to use the restroom,etc) i have had two seperate meetings with both the teacher and prinicipal in these meetings i asked them to remove my daughter from the classroom they reply to me was no. after the meeting i get a call from the teacher stating she has placed my daughter in in school suspension for asking to go to the restroom what can i do about this since the head principal refuses to remove my daughter

Go above the principal's head to the local school board. If you cannot get relief there, I recommend that you hire a local Georgia education law attorney who is familiar with these types of issues to advise you.
