Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Dogs barking all night

Sleep with my windows open and have a medical condition that is agrivated by neigthbors dogs waking me up continually at night with their barking. Have talked to them as the renters and the people who own property to move dogs back on their propery to lessen the impack. They have ignored all conversations. Do I need to start a civil legal suit to make them move or remove dogs??

Re: Dogs barking all night

You can report the nuisance to the police. You may also sue civilly, but probably not worth paying an attorney to do it. You can file in small claims (magistrate) court if you are seeking $15,000 or less.
