Re: What form can I use

Question one is somewhat easy to answer IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RECOVER MONEY YOU LOANED SOMEONE ELSE as there are forms to recover a debt available in the Georgia Code itself. Take a look at O.C.G.A. 9-11-103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109 & 113. Which form to use depends on the situation. If you are not trying to recover loaned money and in the other two cases, the variables are numerous and the code does not provide forms.

Having the form is only part of the solution. You have to know the law too. You may get some assistance from the court with your debt suit, but I doubt that you will get much help on the slander and contract matters.

I am sure this next statement will come as no surprise to you if you have looked at other questions and answers: seek competent attorney to help you.

This answer, though responsive to the question is general in nature. It is not designed to be and should not be relied on as your sole source of information when analyzing and resolving a specific legal issue. Each fact situation is different; the laws are constantly changing. If you have specific questions regarding a particular fact situation, I urge you to consult with competent legal counsel.
