A friend brought his son over to our home and the dad told the son to come inside with out him my .While inside the boy stepped on my dogs foot and he got bite .Am i at fault

You posted in the wrong category. However, while you may or may not be at "fault," you are probably "responsible." Pet owners are generally responsible for the actions of their pets. Beyond that, we don't know the details of how it happened and you chose to not tell us.
