How explicate does a contract agreement be to be honored. How should it be written?

A contract can be relatively simple. For example, if I ask you "Will you mow my lawn for $25," and you agree, then we have an oral contract. In theory, such a contract is enforceable.

However, depending on the subject matter of the contract, it may require additional elements (e.g., a subject governing the sale of land).

The best contracts will generally be drafted in a way to avoid ambiguity and eliminate future disagreements.
