Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

If i made a verbal agreement to purchase a car for $100 a week for 6 months, and the payments are not in arears, and the vehicle was taken back by the one i was purchasing it from not for failure to pay but for personal reasons, and another agreement was made as far as the person returning my money to me and now they changed their mind about paying me back, am I still entitled to receive my money back?

That is theft, wrongful repossession and you can get damages for all of that (plus maybe the car and your money back)

Did you report it as stolen?

Do you have proof of payments?

Go to magistrate court and fill out a warrant application for the person who just stole your car!
