Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

My spouse has committed perjury, fraud, and forgery at his emergency hearing. I did not have a lawyer with me, because I was only given two days notice. I still had to go up on the stand even though I didn't have legal representation. My spouse and his lawyers were just lying in court. My spouse also altered a copy of my daughter's school withdrawal form. He changed the date she had been withdrawn, the percent she went, he also changed the reason for withdrawal from "school at home" to "moving out of state", and he also forged my signature. He used this in court as "evidence". He was pressing charges against me for withdrawing my 15 (almost 16) year old daughter from high school. He lied and said I was going to let her get her GED. No. I was going to let her do online school until she was 16 and then i was thinking about letting her get a GED then. My spouse currently has temporary custody of my two daughters. However, there is no court order stating that he does. His lawyer told me to move out on Friday, which I did. My 15 year old daughter cannot stand her father because he is mentally and emotionally abusive. He has also physically hurt me in the past. I was wondering if I request an emergency hearing because I need something done ASAP? Also, can they make me speak if I don't have a lawyer? Please help, I need to get my children away from my spouse immediately!!!

If getting custody of your children is important, why are you not on the phone hiring a lawyer? A general information website is not going to help you. Get on the phone first thing tomorrow morning to speak with divorce lawyers - something that should have been done from the beginning of the case.
