What steps should i take if i have a loved one incarcerated and is constantly being abused the the guards? he is a 21 yr old

Convince him to stop acting up. Don't gamble with other inmates, who you cannot pay. Stop being disrespectful. Avoid the folks giving tats. Then all of the problems with the guards will end.
