Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Is this a type of harrasement?

I have had an altercation with my exhusband and his girlfriend. My husband and I were both arressted and they didnt get anything. We are going to compassion classes to resolve our sentence and to stay away from them as well as they are to stay away from us. All of this happened in april.I filed a warrant for their arrest and it could not be granted due to the paperwork not being filled out correctly. The judge told them they were inviolation and if it was filled out correctly he would have had them arrested. He also told them that he better not see us back in court again or we would all be arrested. Now I have received paperwork from magistrate court where the exgirlfriend is suing me. Is this against what the judge said and is this harrasment? She will not leave me or my children alone. She threatens them all the time. She has been telling my children that she is going to sue me and take me back to court so I can go back to jail. What do i need to do?

Did the girlfriend file a criminal action or a civil action? Did the judge just prohibit criminal charges or civil matters? In any event, you should probably obtain a lawyer to sort this out and to obtain an order relating to her "badmouthing" you in front of your children. Most family court judges will not tolerate this from parents or significant others. Moreover, if it is a civil matter, you can countersue her.
