Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

My father recently passed away and while incapacitated both physically and mentally in the hospital, my brother's girlfriend took pictures of him while my mother was not present in the room and my father was unable to give consent. The girlfriend has now posted those pictures on FB. We have asked her to remove them several times to no avail. The photos have been reported to FB, but they've done nothing. What can my mother do legally about this?

Realistically, little to nothing.Anyone who has FB knows what is posted there. Even if there was a legal claim, would your mother get a lawyer to send demand letters or threats of a lawsuit? Keep asking her or your brother, or just ignore the pictures (and maybe the girlfriend).
